Material

Sand Casting
The sand molding process has strong ability to form complex structures.
It can shape complex geometric shapes through the mold and is suitable for special-shaped structures.
It also has a wide range of sizes and can produce large parts ranging from a few kilograms to dozens of tons.
Production Mold
For large machine tool castings, sand molds can be made of wooden molds and resin molds.
These are relatively simple molds and can reduce the initial mold investment costs. The mold cost is low.
The maximum casting part can be 30 tons, and the maximum failure furnace can make 35 tons of parts, depending on the shape of the part.
The sand mold process also has the characteristic of low mold cost.
Casting Accuracy
The surface of large sand castings is rough, generally Ra25-100.
And the dimensional tolerance is large, generally CT10-CT12 casting accuracy.
Material Inspection & Non-destruction Inspection
The material will be tested before casting, and casting will be carried out after reaching the requirements and temperature. After casting, artificial aging treatment will be carried out, followed by an ultrasonic non-destructive inspection, shot blasting and sand blasting, and anti-rust paint.
Packing
After confirming that the large machine tool castings is qualified, it will be packed and shipped in standard export package or customized package.
