Using steel molds to suppress sand molds during the production, the sand molds' hardness and surface smoothness are greatly improved.
The casting dimension accuracy and surface finish even can reach those made by coated sand techonoloty.
Machining
The important dimensions will be machined after casting.
Our company has modified special equipment to process the iron pulleys.
The tool of the product is a special molded tool.
