Process analysis: We adpot sand casting process to create the blank of the product of steel support. After the sand casting process, the blank undergoes shot blasting and sandblasting to ensure that it is smooth and free from any defects. This also prepares the blank for the next stage of production, which is machining. Our machining center ensures that the blank is machined to the exact specifications required.
It is crucial to maintain a tight tolerance level for the machined parallelism, with a recommended limit of within 0.1. This level of precision ensures that the surface of the component of steel support is flat and level, allowing for uniform and consistent contact during operation.
After machining, applying a layer of spray paint can be an effective way to protect your workpiece from oxidation. Spray paint acts as a barrier, preventing air and moisture from coming into contact with the metal surface. This can be particularly important if your workpiece will be exposed to the elements, or if it's likely to be stored for an extended period of time.
Product analysis: The product is the cutter head support of mining machinery, and the height adjustment must be carried out after installation, so the flatness of the four feet must be better.
