Process analysis:
The Sand cast ductile iron valve accessories products are cast iron fittings for three-way valves, mainly used in sewage treatment systems. The pressure in using is not high, within 7Mpa.
We do PT non-destructive testing after the casting is completed to ensure that there is no shrinkage and cracking of the casting.
The pressure test could be made on castings after machining.
After cleaning the casting, shot blasting and sandblasting should be done.
