Process analysis: In the process of creating synchronous pulleyproduct, we start by casting a nearly three-ton blank. This blank undergoes an aging treatment, which is vital to ensuring the accuracy and stability of the final product.
The machining process includes three steps. One of the most critical steps in this process is rough processing. It is during this stage that the raw materials are cut and shaped to form the basic structure of the final product.
Once the rough processing is complete, the product goes through the static aging stage, where it is left to sit and stabilize. This stage is critical as it gives the product time to settle and ensures that it will not warp or bend over time.
Finally, we have the finishing stage, where the last touches are added to the product to bring out its best appearance and functionality.
During roughing, the blank can accumulate stress, which may lead to unstable product precision during processing. To avoid this, we take the necessary steps to ensure that the blank releases its stress completely for about a week before finishing. By doing so, we can improve the stability of the product precision after processing, ensuring that our customers receive products of the highest quality.
After processing and manufacturing, it is important to take steps to ensure that the product will remain in top condition during transportation. One method that has been proven effective is the application of anti-rust oil. To achieve maximum protection, it is best to spray the anti-rust oil over the entire surface of the product. This ensures complete coverage and provides a uniform layer of protection that will last for an extended period of time.
