Process analysis: The material of the sand cast iron agricultural machinery accessories product is ductile iron.We adopt PVC mold combining with resin sand molding process to manufacture. In order to ensure the performance of Sand cast iron agricultural machinery accessories product, we make the normalizing process for the product after shot blasting to increase the number of pearlite in the matrix and improve the strength and wear resistance of the casting. The tensile strength is greater than 500MPa, Brinell hardness can reach 170~230. After simple machining of the shaft hole channel, the inner and outer surfaces are sprayed with iron red anti-rust paint with a thickness of about 100μm to avoid rust during transportation and storage. This industrial paint is neutral and more environmentally friendly.
