Process Analysis
The product is a customized flange fittings for construction machinery, and the forging process is used to make blanks for production, due to the relatively poor working conditions of construction machinery. The strength requirements for the product are relatively high, so the 42CrMo material is selected as the production body material. After the forged blank is completed, it should be quenched and tempered first. to eliminate the stress that is formed inside the blank due to forging. After the heat treatment, the rough machining process of the blank is carried out, and then transferred to the finishing and drilling processes. Full-size dimensional measurements are taken upon completion. Mechanical properties test after forging. Test reports such as material reports, packaging and delivery. A single order is 500 pieces.
