Mold pressing
The mold pressing method is suitable for mass production of twisted dragon blades. The specific steps are as follows:
Cutting: Cut the material according to the size of the unfolded diagram.
Heat treatment: Heat treatment is applied to the cut material, followed by quenching and annealing to eliminate stress and improve material toughness. Quenching: increase blade hardness
Mold pressing: Use a mold to press the material into the desired spiral shape.
The advantage of this method is that it can be mass-produced with high efficiency, but the disadvantage is that the mold production cost is high and it is not suitable for single piece or small quantity production.
Stretching
The stretching method is suitable for producing single or small quantities of twisted dragon blades. The specific steps are as follows:
Cutting: Cut the material according to the size of the unfolded diagram.
Sewing: Cut a seam in the material.
Welding: Weld the blades together and fix one end to the spiral shaft.
Drawing: Use two inverted chains to draw the blades into a spiral shape.
Fixed: Weld the drawn blades directly onto the spiral shaft.
The advantage of this method is that it does not require cutting corners, saves materials, and the weld seam is not in a straight line, avoiding stress concentration and improving the stress environment. In addition, this method does not require heat treatment and has a lower cost.

Dimensional inspection tools: Caliper/micrometer/height gauge/plug gauge/ring gauge/three-coordinate measurement/self-made fixture. Strict size control, castings, processing, before delivery of the product size inspection, the key size inspection rate can reach 100%, for the important size that is not easy to measure, the use of three-coordinate measurement, self-made inspection fixture measurement, without affecting the production efficiency under the premise, strict control of the product size in line with the requirements of the drawings within the tolerance range.
Drawings: 3D drawings: .step / .stp /.igs, 2D drawings: .dxf/ .dwg / .pdf /.jpg / .tif /.bmp, common drawing software: CAD, UG, SolidWorks, etc.
Inspection: Material Inspection/Mechanical Property Inspection/Dimensional Inspection/Appearance Inspection/UT, MT Inspection/Coating Thickness Inspection. A quality inspection plan is specified for each product, and different inspection points are specified, H, W, R, and E, and product inspection is carried out according to the inspection points.
