Nodular cast iron(ductile cast iron)

Nodular cast iron is a kind of cast iron whose graphite is mostly or entirely spherical and sometimes a little flocculent because the iron solution is treated with a spheroidizing agent rather than he

Definition of Shell Molding

Shell molding refers to the molding method in which resin sand is contacted with metal preheated to 150-350℃ to form a cavity with the outline of the metal mold, with a thickness of 6-12.5mm.

The Definition of Ductile cast iron

Ductile cast iron is a high-strength cast iron material whose comprehensive properties are close to steel. Based on its excellent properties, it has been successfully used to cast some parts with comp

Casting pump body

The pump body is shell-shaped structure, the casting gross weight is 50KG, the main wall thickness is 6-8mm, the inner cavity requires high dimensional accuracy and low surface roughness

Similarities and differences between clay sand and resin sand treatment systems

In terms of composition, resin sand is a mixture of resin, sand and curing agent, and clay sand is mainly a mixture of bentonite, water and sand; in terms of performance and use conditions-the cost of

Factors of sand casting surface roughness

The surface roughness of castings is related to the following factors: 1) The material of the sand mold. For example, castings made of resin sand and clay sand have different surface roughness. The ca
