Process Analysis
The product is die-casting aluminum alloy auto parts, for the production is a strict production process, the material should be tested when feeding, the material test report before the furnace, and the casting material test report should be carried out after smelting. Radiographic inspection of product porosity is carried out every day per heat, and adjust the production process according to the test results, which is a more complex die-cast product.
There are many places where the mold needs to be pulled, so the mold cost is relatively high. The service life of the mold is 50,000 times of the mold, and the mold should be overhauled after 50,000 times. After casting, it will be polished by manipulator, and then the dimensions of the casting will be compared with the 3D scanning casting. After ensuring that it is within the passing range, it will be transferred to the machining process.
