Process Analysis
The product are heat sink parts, the process is aluminum alloy die casting.The material was chosen ADC12, which is commonly used in heat sinks today. Heat sinks are mainly used in electronic products, hydraulic products and other equipment that generate a lot of heat, relatively speaking, the smaller size of the electronic products require a lighter quality, aluminum material is suitable. General radiator can be produced in two processes, one is the die casting process, for the shape of the more complex structure can be done with this process. The other one is the extrusion process, for the shape of the relatively simple and can be extruded in a straight line can be completed with this process. The material should be changed to 6061 or 6063.
