It improves the structural density of castings. 

The 5-axis machining center is adopted to reduce the number of clampings and ensure dimensional accuracy.

Especially the spatial dimensional accuracy is guaranteed to be 0.001mm.

Normalizing heat treatment improves the hardness, strength, toughness,  wear resistance.

It also enhances the processing performance, while reduces the internal stress and deformation, etc.
