Casting Technology
The sand cast steel lost foam process is used for cast the blank.
For cutting lost foam, the casting accuracy can reach CT11.
Multi-layer coating reinforcement, the surface finish is about Ra12.5.
Machining
The lost foam cast steel bracket is processed by a boring machine for machining both ends.
The positioning accuracy can reach 0.02mm and the processing accuracy can reach 0.01mm.
Heat Treatment
Tempering treatment.
Surface Treatment
Spray anti-rust primer to the lost foam cast steel bracket.
Quality Inspection
After casting, we provide material list, blank inspection report and film thickness report.
Packing & Delivery
The lost form cast steel bracket is individually packed into anti-collision box and then packed in wooden boxes.
The terms could be EXW, FOB, CIF, etc. according to customers.
