Process analysis: The product is a forklift accessory, so must have certain mechanical properties to ensure its service life.
The material of the drawing is 42CrMo, which requires quenching and tempering. The required Yield strength ≥930 MPa, elongation ≥12%, impact absorption energy ≥63J and Brinell hardness ≤229.
The casting uses water glass casting process, which can save costs as much as possible, and the casting accuracy can reach CT7. We always consider customers' technical requirements to recommend the most suitable casting technology.
The casting lead time is about 20 days, which is very normal and sensable.
During the casting process, a test rod is cast together in the same furnace for mechanical property testing.
After the mechanical properties are qualified, a special tooling is made and the processing position is clamped once to ensure its contact size. Dimension detection is carried out after processing.
We provide sample images before delivery for customers' to check. Finally the parts are packed for delivery.
