Process Analysis
The product is a transmission gear part, and the material requirements are relatively strict.
20CrMnTi material is selected for forging blank, and the process is free forging process.
After the blank is produced, it is firstly rough-processed.
Then it is quenched and tempered after rough processing to ensure the stress release of the blank.
After rough processing, non-destructive testing, UT testing is carried out.
After passing the test, the finishing process is carried out.
The lathe is fine-turned to the appropriate size and then transferred to the gear processing process.
Gear machining is carried out.
After machining, the tooth size is detected.
After passing the induction quenching treatment, the hardness is tested.
And then the last step of the gear grinding process is carried out after completion.
After grinding and deburring, the product is completed for packing and delivery.
