The four-axis machining center is used in the processing, and the products is formed finally after using two clamping.
The product is made of 6061 aluminum plate by milling, because the joint is thin, the control of milling amount and speed of feed is particularly important in the milling process.
In order to prevent the flutter of the tool, two end clamping is used to retain more support. The overall accuracy is maintained within 0.02mm. After the processing is completed, the surface is hard anodized to fulfil wear resistance and increase strength.
