Process: sand cast iron process (precoated sand casting), shot blasting, sand blasting, lathe machining, special gage inspection, powder coating treatment.
Process analysis: The product is Sand cast ductile iron pulley fittings. The customer required the casting tolerance within CT9, we chose the coated sand process to make the casting blank.
After blank casting is finished, shot blasting and sand blasting are carried out. The product is then machined.
Because it is difficult to detect the size of the belt groove, we have made a special gauge for testing.
We have made a pass gauge for testing the center hole, and can judge whether it is qualified during processing.
Finally, the powder coating surface treatment is carried out. Note that during the processing process, the processed belt groove and center hole are shielded.
